Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of purchase.

Delivery Time

Delivery takes 4–10 business days from the date your order ships.

Where We Ship

We ship worldwide, with the exception of a small number of countries where carrier service is unavailable. If we are unable to ship to your address, we will contact you and issue a full refund.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Customs & Import Fees

For international orders, customs duties or import taxes may apply depending on your country. These fees are determined by your local customs office and are the responsibility of the customer.
